Gifts & Packaging

All TACIT Jewelry arrives beautifully wrapped, with special attention to detail.

Feel free to contact me if you would like me to include a special message for that special someone receiving the gift. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

* Current processing time is 1-3 weeks from date of purchase. 

All Changes on Orders must be made within 24 hours.

TACIT Jewelry uses either USPS First class or Priority Mail to ship all packages.

Arrival dates are estimated, but not guaranteed.

Shipping time in the United States will take 3-5 business days.

Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

**We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing.**

* We currently do not ship international outside of the USA, but hope to be able to do so in the near future.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

 

Given the nature of handmade Jewelry, some variations or inclusions may be present in your piece due to the custom hand work and natural materials. I take great pride in the creativity and workmanship in my pieces and it is my goal to provide the highest quality hand-crafted jewelry or art at affordable prices.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive your purchase! 

I accept exchanges  - excluding custom or personalized orders.  I do not accept returns.

Cancellations and changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of an order being placed. 

​

You must contact us about any issues within 15 days of the package arrival. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

 

If there is an issue, we ask that you contact us first via email at tacitconversation@gmail.com so that we may better understand the issue and how we can best provide a solution. 

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you about the status of the exchange. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
